First time making flan (obviously with assistance).

Really simple recipe: eggs, milk, and sugar mixed together and steamed up. It's a littttle too sweet mostly because I tried to incorporate extra caramel flavor into the custard itself, but it's still plate lickin' good

By greenphase 1 year ago Well I had help, but it is pretty easy to make. Basically, the caramel topping is created by swirling it on the bottom of the bowl, let that cool, and then put the custard mixture. Then steam the entire bowl for 30 minutes, let it cool, and then flip it over onto another plate for the end result.

It's a bit harder for me to flip the bowl over though, since I have small hands =P

By sheepinabox 1 year ago haha my dad always use to make that...i think there's a way you can just nuke tha ingrediences if you're impatient (via microwave)
