Chocolate Pavlova with fresh whipped cream and strawberries
I had to do something with the leftover egg whites from all the yolks I had to use for the creme brulee. A pavlova is a meringue based dessert, but I made mine into a cookie for individual servings. I chose this recipe from Nigella Bites because it was a chocolate meringue. This was the hit of the bbq.
