U always use "lamb" for "羊肉"? Why not "mutton"? And how to differentiate "羊肉" and "羊羔肉"?

By cloudy 11 months ago it's not bad........ i guess you can think of lamb as a baby sheep and mutton as just adult sheep meat.

There's like a whole subculture on this site that doesn't like lamb/mutton and I have no idea why.
