nice to see ya back, cuttlfish!

yes, 10/10 as far as the juiciness...they were FILLED with soup and it was tasty. As far as the taste of the meat and the thickness of the skin, I prefer J&J.

Oops...if you think J&J is better, then I would prefer "Meilong Village" is better. (Coz I tried J&J, Meilong and Dragon's Pork Steamed buns before but I like Meilong the most.) :P

Haha. Me, you, BuddyDVD, that's all I can think of on BM who prefer Mei Long Village.

Yeah, even Henry, who says MLV has more soup, thinner skins, and more meat, still prefers J&J.

hehehhe....i love this debate!!!

yes, i enjoy J&J a tad bit more than MLV because J&J xiaolongbao's retain more juice and heat, perhaps because of its thicker skin. MLV does come in 2nd on my list.

the best Xiao long bao in the world, though, resides in Shanghai...

hehe...I love this debate too. But I still prefer MLV's XLB more than J&J. I like their thin skin's xiaolongbao with more juice, and the taste is good. (May be I don't like its thicker XLB's skin in J&J)

Hey, but I agree that the best XLB resides in Shanghai. I wanna go to Shanghai again. :p I'm craving XLB.

P.S. i just watched your video..poor XLB... lolz...
