Rose Macaron with Raspberry

I took the rose petal off....has custard in the middle and with less raspberries than the ones I posted previously.

Despite the similar look and also judging by my biased and particular standards, don't think it is the same caliber as Pierre Herme's or other "macaron specialists'" master pieces.

I however am very content with what I can get. Every time I go to Vegas, I'd pay my visit to the patisserie at Bellagio. Recommended!
