By Pong 2 years ago I didn't know how to describe the outter wrapping. It's just a delicious slippery coating.

By cloudy 2 years ago I think the white stuff is usually translated as "rice sheet rolls" or "rice noodle rolls". I think shrimp has the best flavor....... word of advice, don't get the Cha Siu (bbq pork) flavored ones, they usually use the fatty pieces of pork, and it's usually the stuff left over from the day before.
