Fusion cuisine at the Bellagio. Gyros is on the plate with a pork bun, mac 'n cheese, and smoked salmon napoleon! I found out the way they slice the crab legs is with a band saw, carefully.

By Rhesus_Pieces 1 year ago I had to ask how they split the legs down the long way like that. I thought slicer, but they do it with a band saw just like Tony Soprano.
