This is such a tasty dish. It comes with a warm beef broth on the side as well as homemade fish sauce to poor over the food as desired. The pork chop tastes a lot like filipino barbeque.

By flypaper 3 years ago I forgot to mention this is always served with broken rice, which is rice that is half the size it normally is, which means eve more tasty surface area for the egg goo to coat. It has a great texture too.
