By jasmine 2 years ago Henry! Oh man, I wish I remember. I checked the Oysy web site, and it didn't list this roll. I may have to go back to find out!

This is actually the back view of the dragon. The drizzles of chili sauce on the right are in front of it's face, and are supposed to be flames. I believe there may be unagi, and that is most likely salmon roe piled on each piece. Also, possibly tempura flakes inside, which history has proven to always be a good idea.
