Orange serves a "pancake flight" -- four stacks of silver dollar pancakes -- where each week there is a different theme. I believe this is from wine week -- one of the stacks has Champagne foam. Delicious.

By jasmine 2 years ago I would recommend it. I usually order the flight as a starter to split with friends, then usually order the green eggs and ham (eggs scrambled with basil pesto, roasted tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and diced ham).

a girl next to her at the bar ordered the french toast kabobs which i am dying to try!
