Fish Siu Mai

Keywords: fish dim sum siu mai
21 lickslick itunlick $1.50
it's $5HKD for 5 and we got two orders of it. It's pretty good, when you get siu mai from the street vendors here it's made of the wonton skin? and filled with fish paste. But if you're at a dim sum restaurant it's the regular shrimp and pork that most people are accustomed to. This guy's was kinda dry, there's some other dude across the street on Ngau Tau Kok road that has fish siu mai thats like alot more flavorful. Not bad I like it with some chili oil and soy sauce on it.

if you just get $5 worth you get them on a single skewer..... but if you buy more it's either a paper bag or if you have a generous hawker they give you an additional plastic bag so you don't oily fingers from holding the bag.
