Japanese and Western Fusion Breakfast Buffet
The last hotel we stayed at in Japan was a modernized one which incorporated a lot of Western things. For breakfast, the breakfast buffet had a lot of western foods as well as Japanese foods. As you can see from my plate, I have a mixed medley of bacon, potato, salad, nato beans, tamago, umeboshi, rice, etc. Pure bliss!
