part of $22.75 combination dinner. It was $1 extra for butterfish, but this butterfish was ohhhh soooooo goood. Everything I love about misoyaki in flaky, buttery, melting fish form.

By kevin 1 year ago I guess you're not supposed to eat too much of this, as apparently butterfish can cause gastrointestinal problems.

By kevin 1 year ago The fish doesn't metabolize the wax esters naturally found in its diet, which causes the oil content in the flesh to be very high. This oil is what can cause some rather nasty problems.
