Twice Cooked Shortrib, Soy Braised and grilled "Kalbi" Style. Gingered Shrimp, Ko Choo Jang Sauce. The shortrib was very salty. I liked the sesame seeds on it. By this time I was pretty full, and I didn't fully appreciate it. In fact, I rather thought that I had had better shortribs at home and in cheap restaurants. You can't really mess with or fancify something inherently home cooked and greasily tasty and cheap.
