I am a big fan of macarons. Unfortunately, it is more difficult to find decent macarons in the States. So often you hear people say they don't know why Europeans make such a big deal out of them or they are just simply too sweet.

Well, this macaron should change your mind. Not too sweet and with the freshest ingredients. Thus far my favorite after many trys from various places.... and I am still having a lot of fun trying them ... will post more later:)
