By wanderingchopsticks 3 years ago The LA Times recently did a story on roasting potatoes with duck fat so I decided to try it out. The duck fat was actually quite mild in flavor, but added a nice depth to the roasted potatoes. And supposedly, lower in fat than butter. I used the leftover fat drippings from my roasted duck.
