Vinh's Pot Pie

Vinh's chicken pot pie with mashed potatoes. Everything was made from scratch and it turned out pretty well for my first time making pot pie. The filling had red potatoes, chicken, peas, carrots, onions, parsley, sage and garlic. The mashed potatoes were made with red potatoes, cream, chicken broth, garlic salt, black pepper, sage, parsley and a lot of butter. This was made in Guermosgrl's kitchen, and I couldn't have finished without her help.
