By cloudy 3 years ago This was pretty crappy, the textures of the soy/gluten meat chunks was ok, nothing soggy or too chewy. But the flavor was totally bland, the whole dish just lacked flavor. The chilies were not spicy, I was eating those chilies whole trying to get some heat. It would've been better if the chef just dropped a whole tablespoon of salt in there, it was that bland. The best part of this dish was probably the peanuts and the celery.
