By cloudy 4 years ago This was actually really good. It's not loose like a traditional fried rice, this was actually kind of clumpy cause it was really moist. I wasn't expecting much when I first looked at it. I really dug the flavor of it though after trying it.

The vegetarian ham and the mushrooms gave this dish some nice texture. The flavors of all the ingredients blended together pretty well. It wasn't too salty or bland, but it was just right. I prefer fried that isn't as moist, but this was definitely the better of the two dishes that were ordered that night.

By cloudy 4 years ago Vegetarian ham is like thin pieces of gluten, I think that has some flavor to it. It's not quite the texture of real ham but it's not bad.
