This is the 3 mini okonomiyaki lunch special. It comes with a small side side and a drink of your choice. For lunch on the weekedays they don't let you use the griddle as they only cook in the kitchen. Dinners and all day Saturday you can enjoy cooking the konomiyaki or teppanyaki on the griddle thats in the middle of your table. Here's a little demo from a different place I found online:
Once it is finished cooking on the griddle you top it with plum sauce, dried green onions and parsley, mayo and benito shavings. Half the fun is making the meal yourself!
