I made this for a BBQ. I skewered large mushrooms with mini red/orange peppers (both from costco). Very colorful and healthy side to an otherwise very unhealthy BBQ.

By Annie_in_CA 1 year ago On the grill, we had New York Steak, Italian sausage, tiger shrimp, scallops and salmon. The side dishes were: potato salad, truffle mashed potatoes, corn, asparagus. Cake and chocolate dipped strawberries. The rest of the dishes didn't look quite as nice. This was just a cool presentation picture with my phone.
