Assorted Ravioli with Mushrooms in Spiced Brown Butter Sauce

By LA-OC-Foodie 2 years ago quick & simple dish - cook ravioli (or any pasta) as you would normally to make it al dente - blanche some mushrooms. Brown butter sauce is basically melting pats of butter in a skillet (swirling it about regularly to keep from burning) until it's a caramel brown. Spice it up just at the end of the process -- I used garlic salt & fresh black pepper. Fast, easy and very delish!
