By cloudy 3 years ago The whitish green and grey stuff is fried mung bean and shrimp paste and the orangy stuff in the back is the Vietnamese version of shrimip tempura. The pale whitish/gray half moon slices are of Cha Lua..... a vietnamese pork loaf. Underneath all that is the banh cuon the bright white stuff on the ride hand side of the dish...... it's like layeres and layers of ultra thin rice paper sheets that you use to wrap all of this stuff in and then you dip it into some fish sauce and enjoy.

Everything in this restaurant is meant to be eaten with fish sauce and lots of it. Supposedly this chain makes the best Banh Cuon
