By pekinese 3 years ago The turtle shell jelly is a very healthy dessert, especially for woman I heard :p, it should taste bitter, n usually the more bitter the more authentic it is. I had to add 2 oz of honey when i was eating this one.

By cloudy 3 years ago I just asked my dad........ apparently they do use turtle parts to make this stuff. My dad said they use turtle shells and some other misc. parts...... he didn't bother to elaborate on what those parts were though.
