This was really good..... it was very fresh and it had a nice texture. It wasn't too stiff and hard. It had a nice silken texture to it. Bonus points for not being too soft nor too hard.

Over-cooked pig blood does not taste as good. The flavor remains the same, but the texture changes. Instead of a gello like texture, it kind of become a lot tough and chewy on the outside.

I always wonder how they collect the blood in the slaughter house. The animal can be quite dirty on the outside, so when the blood is drained how do they prevent contamination.

this is one of those quirky food items that i grew up on...i acquired this taste when i was young and didn't know what it was. and since i never experienced any side effects from it, i've been fine eating it every now and then.

I don't know haven't had coagulated human blood before..... but everybody's tasted their own blood from pricking their finger on something and imo it doesnt taste the same....

how'd this 7 month old dish come up in conversation anyway lol
