fillet mignon w/ egg on a sizzling plate w/ black papper sauce
it was ok for a Asian cafe. i like my fillet mignon medium and it came out medium i was happy haha and the pepper sauce was hot! it had a kick to it. i asked for a over easy egg and they gave me over medium =p
