By BuddhaBelly 1 year ago Nah, I think it was cooked before hand. However I wouldn't be surprised if it was, a lot of the sushi at this restaurant was prepared fresh in front you.

By Thngotiatr 1 year ago IMHO, since the lobster is cooked and combined with so many other flavors, you kinda lose the flavor and a little bit of the texture. I'd rather have it raw in a sashimi, I wonder how that would taste? I am guessing it would be similar to the sweet shrimp, amaebi.
