By pekinese 1 year ago yup, I've seen places use white gingers instead of the pink ones, don't exactly know the difference between these two tho....

By BuddhaBelly 1 year ago The pink ginger or "gari" usually obtains it's pink color by commercial use of a pink color dye. I believe the white/yellow gari is a fresher non-commercialized version.
