Universal City Hilton Buffet @ Cafe Sierra Restaurant

This is at the Universal City Hilton buffet @ the Cafe Sierra Restaurant located inside the hotel - that was wordy. Anyway, this was a while ago and I believe it was around $38.99 per person (might have been $42). They only offer the buffet fri-sun nights, during the regular week, Cafe Sierra is like their coffee shop/cafe.

In the picture it looks like Korean short rib with some shrimp stuff, smoked salmon and beef tartare in the back.
