Universal City Hilton Buffet @ Cafe Sierra Restaurant

This buffet is really heavily chinese influenced so there are a lot of traditional chinese appetizer foods like seaweed, jelly fish, peking duck, etc. Looks like some creamed corn in the back, what a weird combo, I don't know what I was thinking that night.
