By G1G1 2 years ago THIS is by far the BEST japanese dish out there! It is simply grilled with salt and comes with a side of what ever sauce you would like, but honestly it does not even need it!! You can actually go to your local grocery store or fish market & ask if they have/will be filleting any tuna or salmon and if they are, ask for the collar!! It is so cheap because it is mostly bone!
