By t-bone 5 months ago it looks like this salmon is mostly rare in the middle and with crispy skin on top?... wow, hopefully they'd put this in Providence's regular or tasting menu.

This salmon looks better than the 2 other rare salmon I had in the past. just look at it...simply amazing, very envious:)

By tangbro1 5 months ago it was very good, extremely rare tender and flavorful. I was surprised the use of a red wine sauce worked so well with the fish. The skin on top is baked its crispy but not saturated with oil.

By tangbro1 5 months ago I believe this is the second year. The first year it was for Cure Autism Now. I hope they keep doing it.
