Custom Burger
I always get this exact burger whenever I go to The Counter...except w/o the goat cheese, that was a one time thing. It's better w/American or Cheddar. This one is a 1/3 lb beef burger w/a herb goat cheese spread, black olives, carrot strings, dried cranberries, mixed baby greens, honey cured bacon, peppercorn steak sauce on a regular bun. And yes, it's pretty darn big. I always have to slice it in half.
