By Pong 2 years ago I think two cool things about the bubba gump restaurant is how they bring a lot of water glasses to your table and how they determine when to go back to your table to ask if you want anything. For carrying the water, they connect water glasses using the upper rim of one glasses with the base of another glasses using indents in the base of the water glass so that it can fit a portion ofthe rim. You can stack many water glasses together like this. For the service they give you a sign on a your table that you can flip to say that you want service. They wont' bother you otherwise.
