By allmosdef 1 year ago I totally understand the point of view of those who find this scary and will lay off pork for awhile, but I'm glad I don't share the sympathy.....Dude! That looks cool!! You got any "chopped-up" pics? How was it? Did you eat the cheeks or the ears? Never had the chance to have it roasted and I'd love to know if it's still good.
