By cloudy 2 years ago If i'm not ordering Pho Dac Biet, I usually order the Tai Gan which is rare steak with tendon. I like getting my beef on a separate plate because that way by the time it gets to me the hot broth won't have over cooked it. I can control how it cooks by placing it in the hot broth as a I eat it. With the help of Henrychan, we recorded a little video demonstrating how to make a proper spoonful of pho!

By henrychan 2 years ago haha.. good intructional video with UFC advertising. it was kool eatin with cloudy, the expert vietnamese food eater... i learned:

1) add chili to the fish sauce for a spicy kick
2) get the beef on the side
3) order hanyum
