By henrychan 2 years ago okay, thngotiatr (expert vietnamese foodie) suggests the order as such for traditional vietnamese 7 Courses:

#1 is usually a beef salad
#2 is a shabu shabu vinegar dipping
#3-6 is that plate
and #7 is the soup
