To give its golden brown look, they brush egg yolk on the bread & than bake it in the oven. It was a bit greasy here, but decent.

By JoeL 8 months ago This looks like deep fried bun. The color does not look like it was pan fried. If it is baked, then it would not be dripping oil. The title and the description seem wrong.
