I was totally craving this too. The chicken has a nice crispy coating, sourness of vinegar, nice and spicy, and I can smell the lemony-perfumey Sichuan peppercorns. Really, really excellent kung pao chicken.

By wanderingchopsticks 1 year ago Not too spicy if you don't eat the chili peppers. :P My cousin had to stop after a few pieces though b/c he couldn't handle it. There's a lot of finely minced chili bits so even if you pick out the big pieces, it's still really nice and spicy. And every once in a while, I could smell and taste the numbing sensation from the Sichuan peppercorns. Sooo good.
