They're also easier to digest and don't give you as much gas as other beans.

i usually prefer Adzuki over Mung, but next time i'm getting both.

By aromagirl 3 years ago I thought one was better to eat in the summer and the other better in the winter. I think the red is for the winter and the mung bean for the summer, but I might have it backwards.
