I suppose they start with a soup base and add pig blood, tofu, fish, shrimp, mussels, pig intestines... okay, maybe I'll stop there, maybe it's a little too much craziness... but I like it, and it's quite good in moderation.

By henrychan 1 year ago The taste of pig's blood is rather bland. It's the texture of pig's blood, which is good, yet hard to acquire. It's kinda slicker and firmer than tofu. I've been eating it since I was a kid, so the thought of it doesn't scare me. Afterall, I do believe there's good nutrients (iron) in it.
