With Yellow Bell Pepper, Curried Eggplant, Caperberries. Nice. Paired with Qupé Cuvée Michael Mina Syrah, Santa Barbara County 2004, which I had at Stonehill Tavern, another Michael Mina restaurant.

I'm not sure. It was a tasting menu, so I didn't specify how I wanted it to be cooked.

Is the lamb from Colorado?

Since they called it "Colorado Rack of Lamb," I'm assuming so, but I don't really have any way to check. Wherever it was from, it was good though!
