By bluejia 3 years ago This egg tart was so so, I think I like Capital seafood or NBC seafood's dim sum better than Sea Harbor. First of all, I prefer they serve you with carts of food, so you get to pick instead of order. Second of all, I didn't think the quality of the food is as good at Sea Harbor. But some of my friends really like it. I guess it's personal preference.
