Grilled Wild Salmon Salad

This is the fried leek that was on top of the salad. It provided a contrast with the tenderness of the baby greens.

The wild salmon was very nice. The salad was light with soft lettuce leaves. The dressing had a flavor that I couldn't identify...something horseradishy. I would have preferred a choice of dressings, but the one that came with it was fine.
