By iorchii 3 years ago I would say this entree is better than the filet mignon. The steak was cooked perfectly not overcooked or yet to raw for my friend. However, i prefer prime rib & there is a place in Fullerton that has the best prime rib ever! Got to visit there soon... However for this entree that avocado mashed potato tasted the best. & yes the meat was tender
