By buddydvd 3 years ago Are these more on the gelatin-y side or more on the cake-y. I prefer the one more on gelatin-y side (like those DIY box packets you can get from the supermarket.)

By wanderingchopsticks 3 years ago Gelatin-y. I've never had cake-y flan. Have no idea what you mean. There's gelatin-y tasting, and more custard-y tasting. This was kinda in between both.

By buddydvd 3 years ago Yeah, you're right. What I meant is the more custard-y flan. I guess the reason why I described it as cake-y is because the custard-y consistency feels more like a cheese*cake*. Custard is a much better description.
