By traveliq 7 months ago Felix's bread pudding is superior to any others I've tasted this side of the Atlantic. Perfect consistancy and taste. The sauce is rich but light. True bread pudding is solid and eaten by the slice.

I would probably enjoy a light and fluffy version of bread pudding as well but then it wouldn't be bread pudding. It's like the difference between fritatta and quiche.
