By JoeL 5 months ago I like this restaurant too. This is their specialty dish. Kuro means black in Japanese. It looks like the aftermath of the oil spill in Alaska with black oil floating on top of the bowl. When you stir it, you see the milky color broth underneath. Despite the look, it tastes good.
