By wanderingchopsticks 1 year ago I had this in Vietnam, except they used young bamboo and we just tore it apart to get to the rice inside. It was sooo good.

By JoeL 3 months ago I ordered this once, but I found the pork to fatty for my age. If I were 30 years younger with no weight concern, I probably could finish this whole thing all by myself. The "becon" (kou yok) is pure fat that melts in your mouth. Mmm.... yummy yummy before my arteries clogs up.
