By wanderingchopsticks 1 year ago Now I'm craving this again! The batter was very crisp, but once I bit into it, the fish was meltingly tender. The shrimp was juicy too. The flour tortilla was nicely toasted. Yum! Yum!

These are the best fish tacos I've ever eaten! Chunks of halibut coated with a think layer of batter and fried just perfect!
